Our COVID safety protocols

COVID-19 ProtocolS

Our first concern is for the safety of our guests and our employees, and we are committed to carefully following the guidelines set by the NYS DOH, OSHA, and the CDC. The following safety protocols are currently in place at Mark’s Off Madison: 

GUEST PROTOCOLS:

  • New York State has lifted the vaccination and mask requirements, so we no longer require either to dine at Mark's Off Madison. We trust that guests will monitor their own health status and avoid public places if they have, or suspect they have, COVID.

FACILITIES PROTOCOLS:

  • Hand sanitizer stations available throughout the restaurant
  • Dining tables will be disinfected between each party

EMPLOYEE PROTOCOLS

  • Employees must have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine or have provided official verification of a reasonable accomodation.
  • Daily health screening by management
  • Employees must maintain good hygiene, particularly regular hand washing.

We take reservations two weeks in advance through Resy.

If your party is larger than 6 people, please call the restaurant or email info@marksoffmadison.com to make your reservation. For parties of 10 or more, 20% gratuity will be added.
